All participants must be full time Shevet Galim members.
Tiyul Anivot is the first event of the year in which all chanichim from Shevet Galim take part. The tiyul takes place after all of chanichim have experienced a 3 – 4 activities as a group, and the group has begun to bond. The tiyul is a wonderful opportunity for the group to deepen their bond.
The tiyul is a day long hike, during which the groups go through a number of outdoor activities, on topics such as nature, protecting the environment, and of course, the focus of the tiyul – their new Anivah (Neckerchief). Chanichim learn about the meaning of the anivah in tzofim, about the different anivot, and about what the new anivah symbolizes within their “Tzofim Journey”. At the end of the hike, a ceremony is conducted, where chanichim are given their new anivah by their madrichim.

While there are no fees for the tiyul – registration and signing of the consent to participate is required.
All attendees must be full-time members* of Shevet Galim and have paid their membership dues.
* All chanichim currently during a trial period ,ust complete their membership prior to the tiyul.
Things to pack:
- Backpack with 2 shoulder straps
- Short sleeve shirt under the khaki shirt
- 2 liters of water (1/2 a gallon)
